The night starts here. New Year’s Eve at The Reserve is a composed, celebratory dinner designed to ease you into the evening ahead. Thoughtfully timed and quietly elevated, the experience centers on a multi-course prix fixe menu that favors indulgence, balance, and seasonality.
Guests begin with a Champagne-glazed gougère, followed by first-course selections including lobster and citrus salad, winter chicory with blue cheese and poached pear, or lobster bisque finished with cognac cream.
Entrées range from a 14 oz New York strip and filet mignon with truffle potato purée to pan-seared halibut with saffron risotto or a roasted cauliflower steak. Dessert closes the evening with Champagne mousse or a dark chocolate lava cake.
The prix fixe menu is $95 per guest, with optional enhancements and a sommelier-selected wine pairing available for $55 per guest.
